Brandon had a drinking problem in High School, Dylan brought him to AA meetings.
Dylan was also in AA (alcohol does count as a drug addiction)
Steve had a problem one time with pot, after a friend died at the Peach Pit After Dark from a speedball.
David had an addiction to Crystal Meth in college when he couldn’t keep up with the overnight radio schedule.
Valerie also smoked pot on and off but it was never seen as a problem or addiction on the show.

Kelly was pregnant at one point with Brandon’s child, and they decided to keep it, but then she had a miscarriage and was told she couldn’t have children again.
Valerie pretended to be pregnant in order to extort money from her CPA who was a married man she was having an affair with.
