Question by Paulita: Is the state of Oregon and state of Hawaii really that bad?
I hear there is alot of low income , poor people ,school drop outs and lack of people going to college or university in the state of Oregon and state of Hawaii also in the city of Los Angeles it is bad.
I hear Los Angeles and the state of Oregon and state of Hawaii is also really bad for drug abuse and alcohol abuse.

it is how you look at it. in california it costs more to buy food and to live in the city of malibu, and beverly hills, etc… when it costs less in the city of carson, gardena, compton, etc… just like in hawaii, it costs more to live and shop in the city of waikiki, kailua, hawaii kai, etc… when it is less to less to live in the city of waianae, waipahu, ewa beach, etc… the only thing that cost more really is a gallon of milk which is over 5 dollars a gallon and gas and to go on a vacation.
