Question by Tracy: Is there any alternative treatment for anxiety and panic attacks?
I suffer in certain situations with anxiety which can sometimes turn into a panic attack. I have come of my antidepressent and wanted to try some alternative therapy rather than going back on them. Anyone have any ideas?

Breathing exercises and relaxation techniques like guided imagery work really well. Some people say hypnosis works. Also, music therapy.
